This store is permanently closed. It closed in February 2026 after many years of service. If you need to use FedEx, the only place in town that takes packages now is Walgreens. Dollar General on highway 41 no longer accepts packages. If you do live animal shipments, you must drive to the Valdosta or Albany hubs now.
Extreme FRAUD!!! I paid $350 for a phone screen repair and was promised a 3-month warranty. Within that period, the replacement display completely failed, while the phone itself was still functioning. When I returned, the warranty was denied, and the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and careless with my device. I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. I got my phone screen replaced here and was given a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement screen stopped working within the warranty period. When I went back to the store before the warranty ended, the owner refused to repair or replace the screen and instead asked me to pay an additional $200–$300, even though the issue was with the screen they installed. Red Bird in Tifton is truly the best! Today, they went above and beyond by helping me unload a heavy package and even boxed it up for me. Every time I stop in, they are so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service is always top-notch, and I’m so grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!
