NEVER use this company or Arrington Towing. I was charged $415.00 less than 1/4 mile from my home after getting stuck in the snow. Shame on you for price gouging !!!! I will tell everyone I know about how you treat customers !!!
I will NEVER use this company. Overcharged to tow a friend's car less than a quarter of a mile away. Taking advantage of people during times of need, and they have no choice but to call a towing company is wrong. I'll be letting my friends know not to use them.
Not necessarily the cleanest or most organized garage but, the some most courteous and immediately helpful attendants I've had the pleasure of dealing with!
I'd like to know if anyone in Roanoke Valley - Williamson Road area know anything about the 9/12/71 car crash tragedy on Hershberger Road, Roanoke. The wreck killed 3, badly injured one, and the wreck was picked up and taken to Red Bird Garage.
