These people are price gougers. They towed my 18 year old grandson's truck, an old 1993 Dakota, which he had just titled and tagged that same morning, after he was left stranded alone, with no phone service to call for help, on a 25 mph road. There was plenty of room for people to get around the truck. He walked four miles to get a phone signal, and they towed it before we could get back to it. NEVER use this company or Arrington Towing. I was charged $415.00 less than 1/4 mile from my home after getting stuck in the snow. Shame on you for price gouging !!!! I will tell everyone I know about how you treat customers !!!
I will NEVER use this company. Overcharged to tow a friend's car less than a quarter of a mile away. Taking advantage of people during times of need, and they have no choice but to call a towing company is wrong. I'll be letting my friends know not to use them.
Not necessarily the cleanest or most organized garage but, the some most courteous and immediately helpful attendants I've had the pleasure of dealing with!
I'd like to know if anyone in Roanoke Valley - Williamson Road area know anything about the 9/12/71 car crash tragedy on Hershberger Road, Roanoke. The wreck killed 3, badly injured one, and the wreck was picked up and taken to Red Bird Garage.
