I recently had my car stolen and the owner was very understanding and helped us in the best way that they could. I recommend this business. Great staff!
Hunter towed my car a few weeks ago! Came at the time they quoted me, got it loaded and towed very quickly! He was very professional! Would use this service again!
My son worked for Mack Parks he was there for only a couple of days because he got a phone call to proceed with trucking school.. now mind you he has been waiting for 3 weeks now for his pay check we went up there and was told he didn't have one then we was told it was mailed out Monday morning he should get it with in 3 days and still no pay check and it has been 3 weeks.. TO BE HONEST RED BEARD IS NO BETTER THEN MORGAN'S TOWING...
Waited 3 hours for a tow. Went over estimated arrival time and dispatch was rude. I would not recommend this tow company, exapecially if you have pets, children or elderly waiting. It's too hot to have to wait that long and still not meet your arrival times.
If I could give zero stars I would…. Was dispatched to them from State Farm. They came out in 45 min. The guy was nice and he was new. Sent him on a truck that the lift was broken and no straps to tow my son’s vehicle. This was unacceptable. At least send a new guy with the equipment he needs to tow vehicles! Now I’m waiting on another tow company to help us out.
