My experience with Red bear mechanical couldn’t have gone any better. My Tech Geovanny was courteous and very professional. After a complete inspection of our AC unit he reported that our unit was working within specifications. I was curious to know the age of the AC unit. I was shocked when I learned it was the original unit when the house was built. Having my hot water tank replaced by Red Bear Mechanical was a good experience. Everyone I had contact with was quite pleasant. Installer Ryan was organized and very professional. Since I live on a street with 12+ year old homes, replacing a hot water tank should soon become common. For any neighbor who asks I will recommend Red Bear and have them request Ryan to be their installer if possible.
Fast after hours service and took time to explain what was wrong.
My A/C shut down over the hottest weekend so far. Red Bear can on an emergency call after hours on a Saturday. The diagnostic steps they performed ensured my unit was up and running great. They left me with better air flow than I previously had.
We used Red Bear for a commercial project and could not be more pleased with the results. They were timely, professional, and came in under budget. We had some unexpected problems arise with a project and needed to have them rectified before the project could move forward and they were there to keep us moving. Highly recommended!
