Steven Severn is a fantastic mechanical plumber!! He looked at our boiler and knew exactly how to install a new heat pump and then reprogram our mother board to work. He actually got us up and running and completely fixed in one day! He did what two others couldn’t even figure out. Great service and on time. The gentleman that checked my furnace to make sure that ready for the winter. He took pictures of the blower motor and said we will keep an eye on it as it has signs of oil leak. The voltage checks out alright. When I get my air conditioner checked in the spring. He will check it then.
I woke up this morning 61° degrees inside my home. It's Friday. UGH. I knew I was in trouble. But, Red Bear Mechanical came to my rescue! Their technician, Steven, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained every problem with my baseboard heating system that needed to be replaced/repaired. My system is "ancient." But, it was fixable. (I was happy to hear it could be fixed!) This review is a bit overdue but warranted. We had a great experience with Red Bear, our technician Chris was very professional and kind. He came out on a very hot day to install a new water heater that took him almost 4 hours to do and the entire time he had a great attitude never complained about the heat or rush through the job because of the heat.
