Over The Top Customer Service! These guys are awesome. First, they squeezed us into their busy schedule and got us taken care of faster and better than I imagined. Seriously, they got us in on short notice and when we backed into their parking area they started on the fiberglass repair in less than 30 minutes. They let us plug into their 50amp and stayed two nights in our rig at their facility. Best of all the workmanship was outstanding. Jeff and Jeff did a fantastic job repairing and painting our Tiffin Zephyr. They took it in on schedule and completed the work when promised. it was worth the 500 miles we drove to get there. we would definitely recommend and would go back when needed.
Jeff at Red Bay Body Shop (and Jeff) did an excellent job replacing our wet bay door and repairing our fender. Highly recommend him if you need work done!! Also, while the work was being done he contacted Brock for us to remove our diamond shield and he did a great job as well. If you need any body work done, this is the best place to go!!
We pulled into the Tiffin Customer Service campground around 12:10 PM local. Unhooked our jeep just find that the transfer case shifter wouldn’t allow us to put it in gear. Called Red Bay Body shop and they sent a flatbed tow truck to pick up the jeep and take a look at it. Not only did they respond fast they fixed it fast too!! The cost was affordable and they were very friendly! Highly recommend them if you need work done in Red Bay!!!
