Rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure who is doing the texting for this company but they should really consider some customer service training. Their response for me to find someone with a bike to help complete my lawn care was completely unprovoked and unnecessary. There are plenty of other great local lawn care services nearby with quality work and customer service.
