After 15 years and 6 pets, what we thought was a conscientious practice fell apart because one tech in a hurry didn't bother to do her job and misinformed us about my Daughters cat, who had just had a blood transfusion and was then nipped on her head by her dog. Over the last 10 months two of my senior labs, became ill. Dr. Donovan and Dr. Kangas treated them with love and compassion. I love everyone at Red Barn. They take such great care of my fur babies, and have been a great comfort through difficult times.
I am not from this area, but was here visiting and had to bring my puppy in last minute for an emergency. They got me in immediately and took great care of her. It is great to know your fur babies are in great hands. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!!
The care my pets (1 dog. 3 cats) receive is absolutely wonderful. prices are reasonable and fair. staff is knowledgable and professional. love this place! I called on very short notice after catching a feral male cat and they took him right in and neutered him next day. Highly recommend!!

my dog Buster had app to get stitches out only from after having surgery on 9-9-20 and they came out said I owed 60 plus dollars and I told the girl that should have been cover by the 400 -i already paid she came back and said yes so I left and they call and said they didn't take stitches out that they trimmed his nails so took Buster back and the girl tells me they also give him some kind of 6 month heart worm preventive medicine too what are they doing sleeping and doing things to my furbaby that could harm him everybody b... read more
Took my dogs for a routine, yearly vaccination visit nearly 3 weeks ago. I brought the doctor’s attention to a small cyst on my dogs leg. She said that the mass did not look good and needed to be urgently removed. She said it could the “c” word, and communicated that it needed to be removed urgently. I called a few days after the visit to schedule this procedure. I was told that the personnel who schedules surgeries and procedures was not in the office and was told they would return my call.
