My screen went black one day, and my insurance sent me here. They had my phone fixed within the hour! Back of phone was cracked and replaced, and new screen, now phone is better than ever. Highly recommend!
I had a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 with a broken screen which I just needed to unlock to transfer its files to my new phone. Because the model is old and has an awkward foldable screen, I thought I would have to pay for a full screen replacement, but one of the employees happened to have a phone of the same model at home, and he actually went home to get that phone and use its working screen to unlock my phone and allow me to transfer my files to my new phone.
