Rude owner and worker
I fully understand that everyone has rough days and bad moments. However, after making a phone call to ask for diagnosis price on a potential bad rear wheel bearing in my car, I was rudely told “look bud, we aren’t the guys for you” and then hung up on. I understand that this review speaks nothing to their abilities or trustworthiness as a mechanic shop, but I think it’s worth noting that customer service could improve.
Great Service, fair prices. I've been here a couple times now for inspections and some minor work. The shop and grounds are immaculately clean, and the guys are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I am very pleased with the diagnosis, explanation, and the work done on my cars. Highly recommended.
