My family euthanized their dog here a few months ago and it’s still not sitting right. One of the least compassionate experiences we’ve had. 1. The team did not prepare a private room in advance, forcing my crying family to sit with their dog in the waiting room. 2. The team didn’t prepare ANY room, so my family sat with their dog in the back, on the floor, with technicians walking back and forth. Again, still crying. 3. My aunt brought her little dog here for end of life care. They were very kind to him. I do not understand how they can charge $101 and other vets charge upwards of $500 for the exact same service.

Unfortunately, I felt very rushed during my appointment and was there for less than ten minutes. Before the visit, I explained over the phone that my three-year-old dog’s legs had given out twice during a walk. When I arrived, the staff did not appear to remember what I had shared, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I was also repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation, which made me uncomfortable.
