This is an absolutely terrible dentist. Gave a star because the girls helping the dentist were great. The black lady who must be the dentist came in like a whirlwind. I tried to ask some questions about flossing and she refused to take her hands out of my mouth so I wasnt able to speak. After the 4th attempt I asked my question and got some automatic response. I was originally scheduled to be here at 4. I was called at 1:50 pm and rescheduled to be here at 3:30. I was here at 330 and waited til 4:00 and then taken back. ??? The scheduling could use some work.
My experience with Redbank Smiles has been nothing but amazing. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dentist. It felt like I was family. I highly recommend them. Other well known outfits charge way too much for procedures, Redbank prices are more than reasonable. The hygienist and the dentist took their time with me. Overall , wonderful experience.
Avoid these hacks you will not like the treatment and rudeness you'll receive after they get your money. AVOID!
Very nice people, but the fee structure makes absolutely no sense. $100 down to secure an appointment which I showed up for and then was told Last minute that I had to pay 400+ dollars down on a payment plan that I already arranged. None of this was made aware of me during my first visit. So I basically paid them $100 For x-rays.
