10 years ago, I bought a mattress from these people and it was wonderful. Now I am trying to buy another one. This is the second time I have been to the store during posted business hours where the shop is closed and there’s on the door. I am really trying hard to give these people my business, but this is ridiculous. I even left them a message last week and they never called me back.
I purchased a mattress and box spring. Tom was accommodating, the transaction from shopping to deciding to delivery was seamless. I like shopping local. And my back is grateful that I did!!
Just bought our 2nd mattress from RB Sleep Shoppe. Service is top notch, Tom was great. Pricing is very good as well. Delivery was quick and professional.
