Love Dr Gredell!!! Makes me feel so warm and fuzzy
Dr Gredell is a very caring informative doctor. Her NP Andrew is very knowledgeable and caring as well
Dr. Gredell is competent and compassionate. And friendly. As are all the staff including a dietitian What more can I say?
I bring my elderly mother to this practice. Dr Gredell is Mom's primary care physician and we both love her. She takes the time needed with my mom, explains things and shares her knowledge in a way we can understand. She has a great "bedside manner" and we both feel that she truly cares about my mom, both with her health and as a person. Her medical decisions and suggestions have all been excellent. I live an hour away, but if I lived closer, I would absolutely choose Dr. Gredell as my physician.
I’ve been a loyal patient here for years, choosing it for its convenience whenever I need medical testing. However, I was shocked by the behavior of a medical assistant or nurse, Maria. She screamed across the hall for several minutes, cursing out another employee. Concerned, I asked the other medical assistant assisting me if everything was okay, as the situation was quite unpleasant…To my surprise, she informed me that this behavior was normal for her and that she usually addressed other employees in this manner.
