Ok, well obviously getting a root canal is NOT something you want to do the day after you get back from vacation but that is unfortunately what I had to do. I also had to pay out of pocket because my insurance did not cover a retreat [had to fix an old root canal from yesteryear] Given all of that-- I STILL had a really great experience. Dr Gelband took my wife’s difficult calcified root canal botched by another dentist and was able to clear the roots. Painless, thorough and caring, we’d go back if we needed.
First time there for my Mom to have a consultation & 2nd opinion. We were immediately greeted with friendly smiles from a very kind, professional, & courteous staff. GREAT EXPERIENCE with Dr. Gelband today. Needed a root canal and got an appointment right away. Super professional Doctor and staff was awesome too! Communicated throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable and let me know what he was doing. DIDNT FEEL A THING! (In prior root canals with other Docs I always remember feeling a couple "zingers"....) If you need a root canal, trust me....."He's Your Guy"! Thanks Doc!
yesterday I had a root canal by Dr. Velardi. I could not have been happier with the overall experience. Dr. Velardi is professional, patient and kind, he moves slowly and gently, explains everything and is down-to-earth. His assistant Becky is charming and professional.
