Nice customer service
I would not use this store. They took my stuff for consignment and 35 days later they didn't even put it out on the floor, infact, they never even recorded that they had it.They never told me certain rules they have.If I hadn't called them I probably would have never heard from them.
I suggest customer service classes for the staff! It took 4 girls to help with a $23 transaction My acct was charged twice, the manager treated me as I did something wrong. Talked so rude to me, insisted it was nothing they did Meanwhile I was charged twice for an item they just denied it!! No apology for any inconvenience, just very ugly person
