Customer Service is awesome and I know exactly what they did on my car and I get an accurate break down in detail. I never have any questions and they often do a little something extra each time because they want to free of charge. This place can not be beat and Russell, I will see you soon my friend!
When the shop was red ball Euro Car. Now that the shop is a different person who owns it and a different name it's crap. Can't even get a battery replace that was just installed 3 months ago. The mechanics if they're the same ones that were still there are amazing and do great work but the new owner is a joke and I will never return or do any business with this place again. The mechanics and their quality of work get 5 stars all day long everything else gets one star.
Honestly - BEST SHOP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their knowledge of Mini's is incredible. Unlike the Mini Dealership, here in Northern Colorado that filled my Mini up 2 and half times the amount of oil slated, Red Ball undid the damage, used cutting edge technology to do it and removed all the carbon buildup for a fraction of what the Mini Dealer wanted. OH!! And at the end, they put in the correct amount of Oil!!! These guys are professionals and AMAZING folks - You can trust them!!!
I own a 2010 VW Jetta and Winston and the folks at Red Ball have treated me and my Jetta incredibly well. They've done the same things a dealership would do for a much more affordable price. The stereo went dead in my Jetta which was the main reason I looked up Red Ball. Winston scoured the web to find the same stereo for a reasonable price. Everything about Red Ball Euro Car is top notch. I had a 1999 BMW that I took to various shops around Fort Collins for oil changes and repairs. To make a long story short, after I sold that car I still had not found a mechanic that I trusted. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy and know a decent amount about cars in general, so I always take mechanics advice with a grain of salt.
