The worst experience with these people is ridiculous. After I paid for the pictures they took more than 2 months. They never answer. You can't make calls, only texts. After I paid almost 300 for 4 pictures I asked them if I could download the picturesThey told me that each one cost another 150$ more thief people.

Terrible communication. I emailed multiple times and communicated on the “contact us page,” and waited 1.5 months for my son’s pictures. Had to do the same thing to receive the $164 digital download for ONE PICTURE which took almost 4 weeks rather than the stated 2 weeks. The prices are outrageous. Who can afford these prices for senior pictures? $164 to download one picture. Insanity.

I have had nothing but good service with Red Art! They have done all of my children's school pictures, spring, and Christmas pictures, my daughters senior pics and her sports pictures. They have always been timely, very polite and respectful to all of my family. They have been a joy to work with and looking forward to many more years to come with the remainder of my children that are still home!
