Dr. Sill was very attentive as I described my concerns about my senior dog. She shared possible causes and treatment options. After lab work confirmed she was healthy we decided to try a treatment for arthritis. Within a day my dog wasn’t barking and slept through the night for the first time in weeks. We are very optimistic that we found the right course of treatment. Thank you Dr. Sill! I must add that the vet staff were kind and helpful too!
The people at Arrow Animal Clinic are very nice to animals and knowledgeable. Really like the way they treated my dog and me very good, very nice people and they know what they’re doing. Very thorough. Highly recommend them.
Terribly run vet clinic. Vet is rude and difficult to work with, office manager is completely incompetent. Paid almost $1000 for 3 dogs to get a well visit, vet was incredibly rude during this visit and rolled her eyes at my wife more than once for asking simple questions. We paid our bill in full at the time of service. We specifically asked if we had covered everything and made sure we were paid up before leaving.
