I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to access my storage unit and still can’t get my belongings. A lock was put on my unit that requires staff to unlock with a physical key. The company claims you can pay online and handle it yourself, but they put the wrong type of lock on my unit. Because of that mistake, I can’t get the unlock code through their system.
