I like the fact that when I call about the gate being stuck, or when a line is down, they quickly respond, thank you.
I give my experience so far, 4 stars because when we arrived to the property and our assigned space, there was no lock. So we did have to go and get a heavy duty lock. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we would’ve known before arriving. But the representatives at the call center are extremely helpful and courteous. I truly appreciate that. The space was clean and exactly the amount of space I needed it for.
Easy to get online, affordable prices. Good customer service overall. Great if you don’t need a big unit
Very fair rent secure facility.
