Josh has become my go-to for anything to do with my bikes. After a bad experience with the local dealer, someone recommended Recycled Rice to me. Josh was understanding, listened, quickly discovered the problem and repaired it quickly. He was great at explaining to a beginning bike owner what's going on, why it needs to be fixed and the urgency for the repair. I came to respect his knowledge and advice.
