My first time visiting this shop and the experience was amazing! I needed two new bike tires since my back tire was defective. Jeremy was so friendly and welcoming and made the whole process smooth and easy. The new tires have been great, especially riding on the trails. I think Logan was the one who worked on my bike and he did a great job! On top of all that, the price(s) are the best! Thank you guys for the friendly customer service and the little extra work done on my bike to make sure it runs the best it can.
Wow! Absolutely blown away by these guys. Needed to find a new shop as my previous one is no longer running. Happened across these guys and glad I did. Great prices, outstanding customer service, and great work to boot! They even completed the work ahead of schedule. Really can't say enough good things about this place. Will be bringing all of our bikes in for service moving forward.
I cannot recommend this cycling shop enough. Extraordinary customer service, by far the best shop in and near Chicago. They treat you with respect and kindness. I couldn’t be happier with them. It’s what you dream of for your local bike shop. Visit them and you won’t be disappointed.
