great great staff who ALWAYS know what they're talking about but the store might not have everything you need. This is a SMALL business compared to what you might be used to from partnered tech companies.

Came in for what I was afraid might be a costly repair but they quickly diagnosed the problem gave me instructions on how to fix it when I got home and sent me on my way free of charge
