Staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Very easy to talk to. They do great work and the completion time is quick.
Great experience every time. Fixed a small issue with my power cord (actually gave me a replacement) at no charge, no attempt to upsell me. Refreshing!! Had great success with 2 refurbished laptops I’ve purchased there over the last few years.
I had my 2 old pc that needed to be recycled. These were so old they could not be upgraded. I brought them and went in to tell them I had 2 PCs and 2 monitors in need of recycling. Employee (don't have his name) came out and helped me bring them in. I very much appreciate being able to recycle my old technology here. Thank You guys.
They rake your stuff for free and resell it to other people lol
Stopped by to figure out why my Mac wasn’t charging, Ryan helped me with that very quickly and when I asked him to help me with some of the pop ups on the laptop, not only did he patiently waited until I showed him but also got them all cleaned out and did it with respect and patience. Very nice atmosphere at the store.
