Finance office uses illegal "Tied Selling" tactic where a lower interest rate I was approved for was held hostage to the condition that I buy the extended warranty (for 11K !!!). I bought an 2025Ekko July. After a cross-country trip, I discovered that my TV had a screen defect. I sent an email and photos! The response was very fast! My Husband and I went to Fremont, CA and we are looking for a SUPER C class and guess what we drove 30 minutes to be told we don't have anything on our lot here. Try driving to Sacramento. NO HELP , NO LOOKING UP FOR US> NOTHING!! So be aware the largest show room is a scam on there websites and customer service is a lesson for sales people of this computer age! Which is who said hello and drive to Sacramento he thinks they have them? Fremont just lost a cash customer for over $100,000.00 plus .
