This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had three different appointments scheduled but nobody called me. After waiting for 49 minutes on the call, the representative said that there may be an IT problem and then just ended the call without letting me speak with a doctor. I kept calling back but they no longer accept my calls. I can't wait to cancel my account. This company is a total scam.
