My wife and I were completely impressed with the quality of service Janet and Mel provided. They are total recumbent trike enthusiasts, and Janet's love for them in particular was infectious. Though we were only shopping for a trike for my wife, Janet led both of us on a ride that included rose gardens, the river, and a beautiful bridge, plus she was willing to extend the ride even farther if we desired. The only reason this shop should get a 5 rating is because there isn't a 10. We are traveling and had an electrical problem with my wife's E-Trike. Something that is very difficult to get help with, I called when they first opened in the morning and they got us in diagnosed and fixed the problem, did other needed adjustment to the trike and told us about other great rides in the area.It just doesn't get any better than this place. Janet and Mel were such a pleasure to work with. My teen has a hard time with bicycles due to balance issues and trikes have been a godsend to help him be outside and more active. But we have a Lectric Trike and it is incredibly unstable. We wanted to try a recumbent bike, and reached out to Janet and Mel via the website. My partner & I were greeted with a cup of coffee. The experience got better from there. I had scheduled a test ride & I confess to a recumbent trike grin for most of the ride in a quiet neighborhood. I was concerned about the 37° seat angle on the Expedition, but the test ride put my concerns to rest. They deal almost exclusively in Catrike for reasons which made sense to me.
