I have been going to Rector's Repair & Welding since it opened. I have seen the company grow and take on Commercial accounts. However, I am still treated as a priority and the staff does everything possible to make sure I am happy and satisfied with their work. We needed the king pin box replaced on our fifth wheel camper and I was very impressed with their customer service. They communicated promptly and efficiently regarding their services and even called to update me as soon as they knew they would have staffing issues. Due to the type of repair, I couldn’t get our camper to their shop and they had to make a house visit. They were flexible, professional and I’m very pleased with the final result.
There were some issues that in my humble opinion could have been handled with more care. Very poor customer service. The welding done was pretty good but didn't meet my needs.
Excellent job building a custom made live animal trap. Nice welding job. Very heavy duty trap. Quick turn around time. I was greeted at the door and everyone was polite and professional. I would recommend rector's for any welding job.
I had a lower drive unit for my boat with a skeg broken off at the bottom and an additional piece of cast aluminum broken off as well. Rector's repair and welding performed outstanding welding service to my boat and looks more durable that from the manufacturer. by far the best welding i have ever seen on cast aluminum. Thanks again.
Honest and hardworking! This shop wont try to sell you what you don't need or hassle you with additional work.
