I didn’t want to write a poor review because I believe in quality work and this place did just that. What upset me was how they told me it would cost $15 for a repair and then jacked up the price to almost $60. I asked for them to fix one thing, instead they gave me extra I didn’t even ask for and when they told me they can take it off so I wouldn’t have to pay for the extra work, they failed to mention my old part was thrown out so I was forced to keep the extra work. Truly the best shop around!!! Always so kind and welcoming when I come in and ask questions! And always helps me fix my bike in a timely manner!!!
We were camping in Henderson, New York and had a flat tire on the rear wheel of our E Bike. With this E bike being down, a lot of our planned trips would be on hold. I called this bike shop and spoke with the owner Aaron who said that they would be able to fix the bike as soon as we brought it in. Well true to their word they repaired my bicycle within 45 minutes. Aaron helped me remove it from the car, and load it back in. I had my bike serviced there last week, and it rides like it's brand new again! So quiet and precise. The team there knows their stuff, is very helpful, and it cost a lot less than I thought. I dropped my son's bike off today. He rode mine to work and now he's pumped to get his back! Highly recommended
Honestly I love these guys they always get the job done fast at a fair price been to a cupple others always come back years of experience and quality work at a fair price can't beat it
