Won’t recommend anyone this place. They’ve been in business from 30 years but there payment methods are so of fashioned you can’t even think of. Can’t take e transfer, don’t take bank draft or cert. cheques. If you pay by credit card they need to confirm for 3-4m5 business days and then release product, We had to take hot tub out of the province and he made every excuse not to sell it what kind of business don’t take direct deposit and e transfer. We bought a Hot tub at the Home Show in March 2025. It was delivered in June. I was concerned about how hard the hot tub was dropped during installation and assumed that was the reason for the broken Blue Tooth speaker connection. It turns out after two more maintenance visits from Recreation Warehouse, there is an issue with the BlueTooth hardware. In September 2025 I was told that there would be a retrofit of the Bluetooth hardware with in the next 6 weeks. Still waiting ... no communication .. whats up? After posting all ... read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Great products, but customer service with my issue has been beyond terrible. I have been trying to deal with Alex at the Mississauga store for the last 7 months and have never been SO FRUSTRATED. My spa control panel burnt out, then I waited for the new part, and then you installed the wrong panel. I am still waiting for the correct panel, and it's been over 7 months now. Great store that I have relied on for years. The core staff are great and make sure the seasonal staff know what to do. It’s a pool store so you deal with interesting characters behind the desk but given the demands of the job they work hard and are always courteous.
