Do not ever take your RV to this place. The owner, Ryan, is a crook and is trying to steel my RV. He tore apart my RV and never fixed it. He even put a chain around the steering wheel and brake peddle to stop me from getting it. I am now having to pay an attorney to try to get my RV back. He refuses to answer phone or return any communication. Police aren’t even able to help me get it back. He is a con artist and a thief. I have never met a more dishonest owner of a business in my life.
Completely dishonest and unprofessional business. Ryan comes across as nice but is a crook. I took my RV to him over 3 yrs ago. He removed my generator and said it was unfixable. He never found another generator or fixed it. Then tore apart my leveling system removed parts and never fixed it. Then someone, possible him, stole my entire exhaust system on his lot and he told me someone stole 8 others on his lot. He did not take responsibility for any of it. When I got locked out of my RV and called on a Saturday evening, I didn’t expect an answer. Ryan saw the missed call and called me back within minutes. With his advice and the help of a kind neighbor, we were able to get the door open!
We had started our cross country Rv trip in our recently bought 2022 Thor Miramar, preparing to leave Maryland when our driver side slide would not retract. I was able to retract the slide by manual override which caused the controller to smoke profusely. After that, I knew that we were in trouble, but we decided to leave for Sandusky Milan campground in Ohio. Once there we contacted Recreational Vehicle Services and talked with Ryan.
