The salesperson was very matter of factly but seemed more interested in talking on the phone then answering all my questions. He shouldnt judge a book by the cover. I told him i am in the market and i was only looking at high end spas. I had more questions but he had to go make those phone calls instead of talking to the only customer in the store.
I purchased a hot tub from Recreational Pool and Spas in June 2023, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. In January 2026, my hot tub stopped working. Since then, they have sent technicians out three separate times, and the issue still has not been resolved. It has now been over three months, and my hot tub remains unusable.
