The sales person couldn't be bothered... highly recommend to buy your pool or hot tub somewhere else.
It was a rough start. But the owner Dwayne has gone above and beyond to make everything right in the end. It was much appreciated. Ready to enjoy my pool now.
I purchased a pool from here over 10 years ago. I was genuinely happy with my last purchase so now that I’ve moved I wanted another pool. I stopped by to see what they had to offer in stock and Dalton was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I’d highly recommend them to everyone.
We went in just to browse and ended up buying an M620 by Maple Spas after a few days of doing research. Brian was informative and helpful but not pushy at all. He also referred us to an electrician and stayed communicative about scheduling the delivery very quickly as they had the spa we wanted in stock. Only a small deposit was required to hold the spa, with the rest due right before delivery. Jesse, the delivery driver (and crew), were also very helpful.
