5 stars for spa performance. 1 star for the dealer and manufacturer. Here’s why- I have had my Spa for 2 months. I have emptied it entirely and refill 8 times. I have asked the dealer the manufacturer and the installer for Help to maintain Clearwater. I have had my water tested at a pool supply company. I can get it clear for overnight and then as soon as it runs a while, it turns milky brown and forms a sticky tar like substance on everything and that’s with no use. 5 stars for spa performance. 1 star for frog system and clear water. I have had my Spa for a little over a month. I have emptied it entirely and refill five times. I have asked the dealer the manufacturer and the installer for Help to maintain Clearwater. No Assistance has been successful if any given. I have had my water tested at a pool supply company. The salesperson was very matter of factly but seemed more interested in talking on the phone then answering all my questions. He shouldnt judge a book by the cover. I told him i am in the market and i was only looking at high end spas. I had more questions but he had to go make those phone calls instead of talking to the only customer in the store.
