I purchased a hot tub from Recreational Pool and Spas in June 2023, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. In January 2026, my hot tub stopped working. Since then, they have sent technicians out three separate times, and the issue still has not been resolved. It has now been over three months, and my hot tub remains unusable. always super helpful, very quick and they always have everything we need for the pool in stock!
We had an issue that was not in the owner's control, but he (Dwayne) personally made it right. He is a really nice guy and truly cares about the reputation of his company. I would recommend.
