It has been a nightmare ever since I spent thousands of dollars on an above ground pool 2 summers ago. Have had issues with the pump, had to get 2 new ones, they gave me one and I had to pay for the other. You have to "manhandle" the filter per them to get it not to leak. Now there is a split in the hose that will need to be replaced. I wish I never would have bought a pool from them, sales guy Sam left out all kinds of information. All they care about is the money.
When I went to Recreational Pools 3 summers ago I was very excited to get a pool. The sales person I had Sam at the time did not tell us everything that we needed to know about the pool. I have nothing but issues since getting the above ground pool. First I was told I did not need a conduit. So I used a high powered extension cord so after a month the pump went out. I called them they said I needed a conduit, I said Sam said we did not need one. They told me they would replace it this time. They came out and replaced ... read more
RecommendedI purchased an RV directly from the owners of this company and every aspect of purchasing this RV was pleasant. Joe was honest about every little flaw, he transported the RV for me, and the guy even sold me his 5th wheel hitch at a very fair price when he found out I didn’t have one purchased for my truck yet. I look forward to referring all future pool and spa business to Rec. Wholesale. What a great experience.
We choose recreational wholesale based off the large amount of positive reviews online and what we thought was a great deal including installation for an above ground pool. What I can tell you is if Ron is your sales person, come back another day when the owner is there. Ron raddled off the details, timeline and costs so quickly it was hard to digest. The entire staff is beyond amazing. Ron Martin helped us design our last pool and was always prompt to respond when my husband would ask him a million questions. Joe and Kathy ( the owners) are knowledgeable and kind. Shane did a great job with all the dirt work and Travis was a top notch superintendent who always made sure things were running smoothly.
