I think this gym is okay I just always seem to have an issue with my membership card. This would be like the fourth time that I need assistance by personal in the front and no one is there to help, there’s always a 10-15 minute wait to get help and when I do call no one ever answers throughout the day. It’s very rare when they do. I really hope that this issue could get fixed for future and current members. I will unfortunately be canceling my membership.

There’s an instructor name Ana that does the Zumba in the evening, she has been unprofessional and rude to the clients. Or is this something that is allow in the gym for the instructor to be rude with the clients???? It is a shame that gym lets this kind of behavior.

The gym is ok if you like disorder!!! The weights are all over!! And it's been a couple of months The sauna hasn't been fixed!!!! We need more neatness and our sauna back running!!!!
