I had been looking for a particular toy hauler online for a while when I found two of them at the Longs location of Recreation USA. Jonathan was great to work with and patient with us as it took a little longer than expected for us to get back and finalize the deal. Brad answered all our questions, took care of the final details during the walk through and set up the hitch perfectly. We had a wonderful buying experience!

I just purchased a 2014 Coachman Prism from the Longs location. I’m a newbie to RVs and everyone-everyone held my hand throughout the process. There were a couple issues with the unit that were addressed immediately. I also needed to run it up to their service center and Greg and Kevin were so nice and patient with questions I had. About a year ago I started looking for just a simple small pull behind camper I sold my old one that I bought used and I’ll never do that again.
