Terrible communication and very very rude and dishonest staff; including the owner. Our experience with a play set- the staff/installation that we paid $400 for no showed. Fifteen minutes AFTER the 3 hour window, we called the office-which we had to do several times to reach someone regarding no one showing up to install. My husband works out of town and had to take off early to be there for this-and they no showed. Hi there, The playset was purchased on 5/18/2021 and installed on 6/7/2021. It was originally scheduled for 6/3/2021 when we unexpectedly had an installer's truck breakdown. The customer was notified as soon as we were made aware. The customer was also notified that we were very sorry for the inconvenience and would get the playset rescheduled as soon as possible. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM - PLEASE READ.....We recently purchased a permanent basketball hoop set-up from BasketballGoalStore.com which is part of Recreation Unlimited. We were told it would be "curbside delivery" which we assumed meant that the delivery person would unload the boxes and leave outside your home (at the curb). We paid $100 for delivery which was done through Estes. We read the reviews, investigated and researched before deciding where to purchase our new equipment. We decided on Recreation Unlimited based on the great reviews. We placed an order on 5/25 and our card was charged the same day. We were told that we would hear to schedule dig time in a few days. After a week, we called back and were told that somebody would be in touch within 24 hrs. Nothing. Two more phone calls, nothing. Buyer Beware. I paid 100% of the bill and only received 95% of the invoice. I also took time off work(unpaid) to be home for the delivery, they scheduled, and were about 4 hrs late for. After 4 days/5 calls, 2 emails, I was told the remainder of my invoice would be mailed to me and I had to install it. Great Amish Built Shed! Keep in mind their are other places that sell great amish sheds. This one just lack communication after they have your money!...and customer service!
I have purchased a spa from Rec. Unlimited and have yet to receive delivery. I had set an appointment with the electrician they recommended, Jim Davis. He stood me up this morning and will not return texts or voice messages. DEFINITELY do not use Jim Davis for electrical work--he is unprofessional and doesn't own his mistakes.
Recreational Unlimited is such a great place to take your children to play during the day. There is so much to entertain them... From basketball courts, swing sets , trains and more! We love playing here!!
This place is amazing! My children absolutely love playing in the showroom. Perfect for winter time when children are needing to burn some energy. Totally recommend.
