Run, don't walk. After working on all of the figures on a amazing trailer, the price changed at the last minute. Basically, if you don't buy the warranty then you will pay more the the unit. Not allowed to do that in Virginia. Was told the cost of the second AC unit went up from the manufacturer and that too was a lie. There are plenty of dealerships to chose from, just make sure this isn't one of them.
They were great to work with, very responsive to my requests. We ended up finding one in stock somewhere else. They were upfront and honest about the accessories and the cost. I would have waited for the right unit to come in but we had a birthday trip scheduled for my son so we needed it right away. Definitely not their fault.
One of the above reviews was a really good review, 5 stars, but the synopsis was an out of context quote commenting on a different dealer whose work had to be redone. ReCreations has an excellent reputation for good work,not cheap. Since most RVs are cheaply built, redoing them the right way is expensive and time consuming.
We had a different RV dealership install our Dish TV antenna on the roof of our RV. We had nothing but leaks in our NEW motorhome. Took it to ReCreations and they were perfect. Am planning on going back soon for some other work that needs to be done. I've been screwed over by other local RV dealerships (Yorktown VA) that caused the leak and poor body work.
