The gym itself is beautiful, but the staff is extremely unhelpful. The front desk simply directs you to email someone, yet those emails are never answered. As long as you don’t need assistance beyond check-in, you’ll be fine—but if you have any questions or issues with your membership, you’re out of luck. If you have another gym option available, you’re better off choosing that instead.
