Best gym in Christchurch, they have everything you need nothing you dont, modern and clean changing rooms, great staff willing to help anyone and everyone. I started with a goal of gaining 10kgs with no previous succsess gaining weight fo 25 years I put on 5kgs of muscle in under 3 months. Couldnt reccomend the gym enough to anyone.
Best gym experience. Took part in the 9:30am and 12pm classes and they were incredible. Trainers care for each person and adapt any exercise for injury and skill level while still pushing you, and everyone in classes cheers each other on. Great environment and range of equipment. Would definitely recommend
