Been here 4.5 yrs, good place for families. No place is perfect but can't complain as long as you follow basic park rules. They have been working on things slowly and it is making a difference. Still happy here and do recommend it as a good place to live.
Quiet and peaceful mobile home park
Wanted to move here
I was the manager of this trailer park for over six months. It has taken me a long time to write out this review. Honestly 90% of the people that live there are great people. The problem this place has is its management. FTI Property Managment is terrible. They are based in California and dont understand how anything works outside of Los Angeles.
