It is difficult to write a review when all of the superlatives have been consistently used in previous reviews. Garvin has the highest degree of expertise in mobility and Physical Therapy, strength-training, and, of course, stretching. I am so fortunate to have been introduced to him and RecovStretch. Garvin has brought an excellent service to the Binghamton area!

I’ve been working with Garvin for over a year, and thanks to his expertise and dedication, I now live pain-free. He is the best coach you could ask for – he not only helps alleviate physical pain through stretching and mobility training, but he also provides excellent motivation when you feel mentally and emotionally at your lowest. He’s a great friend and teacher and I recommend his services to everyone I know.

I have had multi-joint, genetic arthritic pain for many years that I just dealt with as flares came and went. Recovstretch was the first therapy modality that made my body feel whole again and alleviated the pain- truly alleviated it to the point where not only was I pain free, but I felt like I could do things that I had long given up doing. My experience was great! Very knowledgeable and was also very genuine about quickly addressing the issues I was having with my body. Straight to the point and I felt/saw results after the first session.
