place was really unprofessional. staff were obnoxiously rude and treated clients like children. the case managers never told patients what was going on, i told mine (many many times) to tell my probation officer when and where i’m going and she did neither of those things after she said “it’s been taken care of”. reconsider going here if you’re a struggling addict. they will. not. help. you. only leave you frustrated.

This review is from a professional standpoint and patient. They are very unprofessional HR and staff, they do not address things in a timely matter if at all. And staff walks all over anyone new. HR also seems to not know how to do anything at all or manage their employees.

On December 31st my son was referred to Recovery Ways in Salt Lake from a facility in California. They assured me if I bought my sons plane ticket they would see him through the remainder of his program, after care included, and that they’d already cleared his insurance coverage. Day 17 they tell him he has 3 days of coverage and there is nothing they can do. When I went to treatment here they helped me with my addiction, they help with anxiety depression and substance dependence it helped me a ton!
