I received more help with my mental health and addiction from other people in treatment, than I did from this facility. Good people but too corporate and less organized.

I need thier help I'm at a facility now that is toxic and I want to leave and go to Recovery Unplugged.Well they told me I have to talk to my case manager here at the place I'm at now.The problem with that is i cant even get him to respond to me when I go to his office.He acts like he's too busy to talk to me so I asked Recovery Unplugged if I could discharge and then come there.They said no I have to talk to my case manager.So they won't even help me.So since they won't come get me I think I'll go out and use cuz I'm so str... read more

I had a great experience and this was my 4th treatment center. It’s not a cookie cutter program and felt very comfortable and welcomed. Since I left I’m still involved with the stuff they do in after care and alumni activities which are great ways to stay connected to a lot of people who truly are still putting in the work to stay sober and a lot of us have become close friends and hang out a few times a week.
