I waited for 3 hours for Recovery Tow Service to tow my car. Kia roadside assistance gave me an hour window for you at 12:30pm today. 2pm I was calling to see where you were. You told me then it would be 20 min. 30 min later I called Kia back. Kia called you all and was told it would be another 60 min. Then someone from your office called me and explained that you were doing work from this weekend. As far as I know you all think I'm STILL sitting there waiting on you!
