I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CLINIC FOR THE PAST 15 YRS AT LEAST. I DEFINITELY THINK IT WAS MUCH MORE ORGANIZED And THE STAFF ACTUALLY CARED IF U WERE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. AN TRIED THERE BEST TO HELP U WORK THROUGH IT, THEY DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE AN BEYOND TO HELP U GET WHATEVER RESOURCES WERE AVAILABLE THAT PERTAINED TO U & COULD POSSIBLY HELP U IN ANY WAY.SINCE THE SWITCH TO NEW COMPANY COUNSELORS R JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK, AN SEEM TO CHANGE W THE WEEK. If you need help I would consider going to ANY other clinic in Albuquerque. This clinic can't keep staff for longer than a couple of weeks so the clients end up paying the price for it. Ever since MedMark took them over they dont care about the clients or their staff apparently otherwise they wouldn't have such a hard time keeping people around. I have been going there for 15yrs & i am most likely going to be changing clinics soon.
This clinic has gone completely downhill ever since it was bought out by MedMark. It went from a well running, efficient clinic that got you in and out to a total train wreck no matter what day of the week or what time you come. And it's like this EVERY day. For months on end it's been like this. The nurses just don't care at all that there are DOZENS of people backed up to the point that the line is going out the back door of the building.
