This was our first, and our last I hope, time dealing with significant water damage. Our shower had to be gutted and completely rebuilt. Recovery Solutions is experienced and well equipped to handle this. They have dedicated teams of 1-4 persons who do specific parts of the overall process. We had the unfortunate experience of an outdoor spigot freezing, bursting, and going unnoticed for several days. While another local service provider asked us to wait 2 days for their availability, Aaron stopped by within 2 hours and found not only the carpet and padding to be saturated, but also had the tools to find water absorption 3-4 feet up the drywall as well. within 36 hours of my call for help, the demo crew had removed the effected carpet & pad along with all of the soaked drywall. We had a great experience working with Shannon and Aaron! They helped us with a quote before we had purchased our house and then once we were ready to move forward with remediation, they were very quick at starting work at our house! Shannon was very communicative about the timeline and letting us know their work schedule. I felt like Shannon was very knowledgeable and thorough with the work they completed! We really appreciated her hard work in helping us with this job!
