We had the unfortunate experience of an outdoor spigot freezing, bursting, and going unnoticed for several days. While another local service provider asked us to wait 2 days for their availability, Aaron stopped by within 2 hours and found not only the carpet and padding to be saturated, but also had the tools to find water absorption 3-4 feet up the drywall as well. within 36 hours of my call for help, the demo crew had removed the effected carpet & pad along with all of the soaked drywall. They helped us with a quote before we had purchased our house and then once we were ready to move forward with remediation, they were very quick at starting work at our house!
