Randy and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very attentive to details; the process from clean up to the final finished product was very easy. We had a great deal of difficulty with our insurance company and they went above and beyond to make sure we received the finished basement that we originally had prior to our water damage.

I had Recovery Solutions come out after my insurance company's contractors did an extremely poor job putting together the plan and estimates to repair my barn after a fire. The Recovery Solutions team put together the proper steps to remove the smoke odor, replace damaged materials and restore my belongings back to their original condition. They also worked to ensure the insurance company was on the same page. Recovery Solutions is absolutely wonderful. Entire staff is professional, personable, courteous, trustworthy, there to answer any questions to ensure you are well satisfied, and done an excellent job in every way. They even cleaned my kitchen carpet for me. Excellent , excellent.
