I will never recommend this company to anyone and I mean it
Recovery Resources, LLC is an amazing company, whose caregivers are kind and compassionate, and who truly care about the services that they are providing. My mother has been apart of their program going on 8 years, and they have made every effort to keep continuous and stable services in her home, from which she has thrived on and has greatly benefited from. I would recommend this company to everyone that is looking for a safe and competent company that cares about the community that they serve.
Do not use Recovery Resources in Norwich! Horrible experience. I was treated so poorly by these people, I have to agree with the previous post that money seems the main concern here, not the customer. And to top off the bad experience one of the men there (I won't name names) seemed like he was so gooned out on meds he was slurring his words and was spaced out. F- Do Not Recommend
