At Recovery Point they don't have rules for a reason, they have "guidleines" and they tell you that they are subject to change at any time. The reason for this is because the get money for each person being there and the longer you are there the more money they get. So when people get close to finishing the program they try their best to find reasons to restart you in the program so they can continue to get money for you being there.
