Creepy, unprofessional and dirty place. Signed up for just a tour of the facility. Turns out that isn’t even the facility, just an office to get your health insurance info. Bounced around from office room to office room, basically treated like cattle the entire time. They pretend like they’re law enforcement and make threats to call the cops if you don’t feel like doing blood work or a breathalyzer even if you’re stone cold sober.
