Physical therapy here is on a one-on-one basis, which is one of my favorite aspects of RPT. My physical therapist, Kristen, was amazing. I have been going to Recovery PT for the past month to rehab a torn distal bicep tendon. Overall, this has been by far one of the best experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. Scheduling is easy, the staff are all super-nice, and every single appointment has started on time (crazy, I know). I've had PT with a different company before and the difference is night and day.
