Firstly I'd like to thank Ian who sorted out my collection from Llandudno on a Saturday morning, not only did he organise all the collection, timings and payments, but also kept me upto date on the drivers location. Also the driver was excellent, friendly and very helpful, and got me home before the time stated, when I was picked up. Ive forgotten the drivers name, but please pass on my grateful thanks. ps. Had a tow from RNW with Matt in charge. He is an absolute credit to RNW Towing, and I couldn't have had a better operator for the rescue
Worst recovery firm I’ve dealt with. Recovered my car from the motorway after a turbo failure. When I pick up the car I find scratches all over and one wheel pointing the other way. I challenged them saying that they have caused this damage by lifting the car with a forklift only to be told they cannot deal with it and I need to email head office. The car will need front and rear bumper repairing along with the snapped suspension from the forklift. 6 months later and they claim to know nothing about my car! Avoid this compan... read more
