I’ve been to Recovery Mountain more than once at no fault of the program and it’s always been a great place. I lived there for over 6 months when it was a veterans sober house and most recently this winter. I really enjoyed my time there. The gym is incredible as well as the other indoor sport facilities. You’re fed extremely well and the staff is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a great place to start your recovery you’re in the right place!

I write this review as someone who sent a loved one to this facility, so know that I did not receive treatment here but was in constant communication with staff etc during my loved one's 30 day stay. The facility is nice and the staff is kind. The communication was not stellar. Difficult to get ahold of nurses and clinicians with very unclear rules around when you can speak to the patient. I recently visited Recovery Mountain and was blown away by the facility. They’ve created such an amazing environment to recover in. The rooms don’t feel clinical at all. It feels more like a New England home. The basketball court and batting cages are pretty cool too. Felicia Orchard, who leads the team there, is one of the best people I know of in the field. I would send a friend or loved one there in a heartbeat.
If you are ready to get sober, this place is ready for you! It is five stars everyday! I left Recovery Mountain with a personal recovery plan and a new outlook on life.
